If i reviewed the Hotel by the staff treatment, I'll review the Hotel 1 but that would be unfair for the Hotel. I booked three Nights and Just I wanted to modify the reservation to check out one day earlier, but the staff was playing a bad game, we had contacted Booking.com they did the best, but hotel insist to delay the refund. so, to gain our time and catch our flight we had checked out without receive the refund, later they had contact Us to come hotel and collect the refund, so we paid for a taxi to the hotel but unfortunately what we received (refund) we paid for flight modification and Taxi fees to collect the refund .. So I won't be unfair to the hotel because of the bad behavior of the staff Every is fantastic but be care about the payment if you aren't sure 100% about your accommodation dates .. Really i wish i could review them with more than 10 but i couldn't

Comfortable and price wise it is economical compare to other hotels in town. Easy access to major areas of Kuwait. Best part they have mosque just in front of the hotel so easy to go. Enough covered parking area which is good for summers, because in Kuwait cars become ovens when if they are parked outside .. lol. Friendly staff, prompt service and especially room cleaning ladies are very active and pleasant personality. Dinning area staff provides good service in the morning for breakfast. As a note there would me little more items needed to add in breakfast buffet. Receptionist are also very friendly and supportive. McDonald’s, Hardee’s and many Arabic, Pakistani and Indian restaurants located within walking distance. Ohhh did I forgot to mention, gold market, computers market and cell phone shops? They are just behind the hotel and you can go walking. I liked the Gold Market there, good place for gold shopping.

The rooms are really enormously large and tastefully made up. It was a pleasant stay, although the Hotel made the impression that business is low. I did not see any other guest while I was there. But it's obvious that the staff there is doing a good job and all in all it felt very comfortable.

The room was very large and comfortable. Good shower. Big TV with comfortable sofa around it. The staff were helpful. I enjoyed the food and view from the sky restaurant.

Thank you for making my staying in Kuwait so unforgettable. The stuff of the hotel was really kind and helpful. Every time when I needed something they helped me with all my requirements. The service was excellent!!! Thank you one more time for everything 😊I can only recommend.
