Comfortable and price wise it is economical compare to other hotels in town. Easy access to major areas of Kuwait. Best part they have mosque just in front of the hotel so easy to go. Enough covered parking area which is good for summers, because in Kuwait cars become ovens when if they are parked outside .. lol. Friendly staff, prompt service and especially room cleaning ladies are very active and pleasant personality. Dinning area staff provides good service in the morning for breakfast. As a note there would me little more items needed to add in breakfast buffet. Receptionist are also very friendly and supportive. McDonald’s, Hardee’s and many Arabic, Pakistani and Indian restaurants located within walking distance. Ohhh did I forgot to mention, gold market, computers market and cell phone shops? They are just behind the hotel and you can go walking. I liked the Gold Market there, good place for gold shopping.

the staff is very professional, kind and cooperative, special thanks to Angela , the receptionist, she is always available for immediate support, another big thanks to Linda, the hard worker lady at the restaurant , she is delivering an amazing service.

Thank you for making my staying in Kuwait so unforgettable. The stuff of the hotel was really kind and helpful. Every time when I needed something they helped me with all my requirements. The service was excellent!!! Thank you one more time for everything 😊I can only recommend.

My late check-in went smoothly thanks to Novin. Many thanks to Nancy and Angela for offering me a late check-out. Room facilities were excellent. Breakfast and late lunch were very good. It was a quiet place to recover from jetlag after long flights.

Great hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. Well equipment and had a nice design. Friendly check in. Car could parked in the garage for free. I had a great view from my room. Also enjoyed the great room service. Had a great stay.
